Private Climate Change Capital
We raise private capital to develop and commercialise our own portfolio of climate change technologies.
Our research and development investors are usually private individuals and companies. They invest for a future commercial return, but can qualify for tax relief or tax rebates.
The commercialisation funding is delivered through our private equity partners.
Invest in Commercially Viable Solutions to Climate Change.
We have invested nearly £200m into pure research and development under the mandate to develop commercially viable technologies to tackle climate change.
We have funded this entire research through private individuals and companies making investments, with those in the appropriate position utilising the tax relief and rebates available.
Our technologies are all at varying stages of development, but they all have vast commercial and environmental potential.
Our individual and corporate investors will share in the revenue generated from the technologies as they are commercialised.
We have an ongoing fund raising programme to develop those technologies in our portfolio through to the commercialisation phase.
The research and development is headed by our lead scientist Professor Ian Swingland OBE and his team of world leading scientists.
This is a genuine investment opportunity and as such has a consequential tax benefit, but is not a tax avoidance scheme. We are not regulated to give financial advice and all investors will be required to certify that they are sophisticated investors in order to proceed.
